DREAMS, VISIONS & LIMINAL STATE
Visions, Dreams & the Liminal State
During meditation, it is quite common for visions to appear. Sharon believes that visions are a way for the soul to journey into other dimensions, revealing guidance, insight, and messages meant specifically for you. These experiences are deeply personal and can provide clarity in ways that words alone cannot.
The Power of Dreams & the Liminal State
Dreams are an invaluable tool for self-discovery and guidance. While we sleep, the conscious mind quiets, making it easier for our Higher Guidance, loved ones, and the Universal Mind to communicate with us. These messages may hold answers to life’s challenges, insights about our spiritual path, or glimpses into other realms.
A key to deepening this connection is recognizing the importance of the hypnogogic (state between wakefulness and sleep) and hypnopompic (state between sleep and wakefulness) states—also known as the liminal state. These transitional states serve as powerful gateways where profound visions, intuitive downloads, and multidimensional experiences can occur. In this state, the mind is highly receptive, allowing for clearer messages, spontaneous astral travel, and even visitations from guides and loved ones.
The Importance of Dream Journaling
Sharon encourages keeping a dream journal as a way to strengthen recall and recognize patterns in the messages received. When we document our dreams, we begin to see connections, symbols, and insights that might otherwise be overlooked. By developing the habit of writing down dreams and visions, we open ourselves to a continuous dialogue with our Higher Self and Guidance.
The subconscious and the Universal Mind are always ready to assist—you simply need to listen. Dreams and the liminal state provide the ultimate opportunity to receive these messages.
